1. ใช้ car-pool หรือใช้ขนส่งสาธารณะเมื่อทำได้
2. นำรถยนต์ไปตรวจสภาพและซ่อมบำรุงอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
3. หลีกเลี่ยงการใช้ถุงพลาสติก โดยพยายามนำถุงมาใช้ซ้ำ หรือนำกลับมารีไซเคิล
4. แยกขยะ recycle ก่อนทิ้ง (กระดาษ พลาสติก แก้ว ถ่านไฟฉาย ขยะย่อยสลายได้)
5. อย่าลืมปิดไฟ
6. เปลี่ยนมาใช้หลอดไฟแบบประหยัดพลังงาน
7. ปลูกต้นไม้
8. ปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการใช้น้ำ (ปิดก๊อกน้ำขณะแปรงฟัน / กำลังฟอกสบู่)
9. ใช้กระดาษใหม่เมื่อจำเป็นเท่านั้น พยายามใช้กระดาษแต่ละแผ่นทั้งสองหน้าก่อนจะหยิบแผ่นใหม่
10. Reuse, Recycle and reduce (ก่อนจะทิ้งอาจจะลองคิดดูว่าจะเอาไปบริจาคที่ไหนได้หรือเปล่า)
11. บอกตัวเองว่าทุกการกระทำเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ล้วนมีคุณค่า หากเราทุกคนประหยัดไฟกันคนละ 1 วัตต์ต่อวันก็ประหยัดได้ 60 ล้านวัตต์ต่อวันแล้ว

บอกกล่าววิธีง่ายๆ ในการประหยัดพลังงาน
เพียงเดินไปบอกเพื่อนสนิทและคนใกล้ชิด
เราก็มีส่วนช่วยในการลดโลกร้อนแล้ว

ข้าวสวย ข้าวเหนียว ข้าวมัน ข้าวญี่ปุ่น ข้าวกล้อง ข้าวมันปู อะไรก็ได้ Rice!

ขาดไม่ได้ครับ ข้าวจ๋า ขอแบบไหนก็ได้ แต่ขาดได้ไม่กี่วันก็ร้องเรียกหาแล้วครับ ให้ผมไปทาน steak เนื้อโกเบ (ยังไม่กล้าท้าว่าจะเป็นยังไงถ้าเกิดเป็นมัตซึซากะ) หรือเอากุ๊กจาก TV champion มาทำ pasta แบบสุดยอดให้กินก็ต้องดิ้นรนกลับมาหาข้าว..ไม่ว่าจะแพงแค่ไหน เมื่อก่อนไม่เคยสังเกตว่าข้าวใหม่กับข้าวเก่าต่างกันยังไง จนมีพี่ต่อ ลูกศิษย์พ่อเค๊าทำนาข้าวแบบดั้งเดิม แล้วมานั่งเล่าให้เราฟังว่า พันธุ์ข้าว กข ที่เรามักจะทานกันอยู่เนี่ยเป็นยังไง เทียบกับเมื่อก่อนเป็นยังไง ข้าวใหม่กับข้าวเก่าต่างกันยังไง เล่าให้ฟังนะว่าที่ข้าว"เจ้านาย" หอมมะลิเนี่ย ใหม่ๆจะมียาง หลังๆเวลาไปซุปเปอร์เริ่มสังเกตุ แต่ว่าเอ๊ะ จริงๆที่เริ่มเขียนมาเนี่ย ก็เพราะว่าเค๊ามี non-profit อันนึง ทำเว็ปขึ้นมา โดยความช่างคิดของเค๊าคือ เว็ปนี้ให้เราเข้าไปทายคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ เข้าไปท้าย 5-6 คำแรกเค๊าก็จะสุ่มศัพท์มาให้เราทาย ยากมั่งง่ายมั่ง ทายถูกคำต่อไปจะยากขึ้น ทายผิดคำต่อไปก็จะง่ายขึ้น พอคำต่อๆไปศัพท์จะเป็นระดับที่เหมาะกับเรา ซึ่งทุกครั้งที่เราทายถูกเว็ปนี้จะบริจาคข้าว 20 เม็ดให้กับ United Nation World Food Program
นึกดูนะครับ เข้าไปได้ฝึกสมอง ฝึกภาษา แถมได้ทำบุญ win-win-win จะมีเหตุผลอะไรอีกมั๊ยครับ ที่จะไม่เข้าไปบริจาคข้าวซักจานสองจาน? www.freerice.com ครับ อ้อ มี option ให้จำเราไว้ด้วย วันนี้ทาย 5 คำพรุ่งนี้มาต่อได้ เข้าไปเลือกที่ Options ข้างบนนะครับ

ไม่น่าเชื่อจริงๆ ว่าตัวเองจะลืมได้ พอเค๊าเล่าถึง ข.ไข่ เสร็จ นึกในใจ กะชัวร์ว่าคนแต่งจะเชื่อมเรื่องไป ค.ควาย ยังไง ปรากฏว่า...ลืมว่าต้องมี ฃ.ฃวด ก่อน (กว่าจะหา ฃ เจอบนคีย์บอร์ด เล่นเอาเหงื่อตก) ลองดูครับว่าตัวเองจะต่อได้หมดหรือเปล่า

For those of you who wants to learn the Thai alphabet, this might be a bit to advanced if you are just starting out. I'd say you'd have to already have a pretty good idea of all the characters before you attempt this.
